Contract Terms and Conditions
The below terms and conditions apply only to once-off projects and are not applicable to support or marketing retainers.
The terms and conditions apply to all once-off projects unless stated otherwise.
| Feedback and Revisions | The service provider shall provide progress reports as requested. Any revisions proposed may be subject to Scope Creep.

| Scope Creep | Additional work required not within that which is outlined in the proposal may be subject to scope creep and will be charged at the set hourly rate and charged in addition to the agreed upon total cost. Any work subject to scope creep will be presented to the client and agreed upon in writing.

| Client’s Responsibility | The scope of work and deadline shall be adhered to. If for any reason the client is unable to provide the requested information within the required time frame, thereby delaying the completion date of the project, the client shall incur additional costs charged at R 500 for the first week and R 1000 for every week thereafter.

| Non-Disclosure Agreement | For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall mean any and all non-public information, including, without limitation, customer information, technical, developmental, methodology, marketing, sales, operating, performance, cost, know-how, business plans, business methods, process information and user/account details disclosed by and to both parties. For convenience, the Disclosing Party may mark written Confidential Information with the legend "Confidential" or an equivalent designation. All Confidential Information disclosed to the Recipient will be used solely for the Business Purpose and for no other purpose whatsoever.

| Termination | This contract may be terminated
|
| Payment Terms | Payment terms are project based and presented in the proposal.

| Late Payment Fee | Any payments made after their due date will incur a penalty fee of R 250.00 within the first week and an additional R 200.00 for every week thereafter.
